GREAT SUCCESS AFTER MOMENTS OF FAILURE
April 27, 2020
Oftentimes, many people experience recurring failure to the extent that people have tagged them to be a failure. This makes many people to bury their heads in shame. Many have lost hope in what they believe they can do; some have concluded that nothing good can come out of their lives.
Such thoughts are from the pit of hell. They are traps that want to entrap the vulnerable victims, never to make any attempt to become what God has destined them to be in life. Always make efforts again and again, even when the odds are against you. Even when nothing is working or things seems slow. Refuse to give up, refuse to quit!
We are endowed with many uncommon ideas. But oftentimes, the fear of failure has hindered many people from exploring the ideas. The simple truth about life is that, no great success is ever achieved without failure. It may be one time failure or a series of failure. Thomas Edison attempted to create a light bulb 10,000 times before he succeeded. After he succeeded, he opined “I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that won’t work. Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” Dyson attempted to invent a bag-less vacuum cleaner 5,126 times before he succeeded.
Failure is a necessary stepping stone to success in life. Stop condemning yourself; do not bury your head in the ocean of shame. Failure is a momentary delay, but not a defeat; it is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is not your final end, except you allow it to be so. Never give up in the face of failure. Sometimes, your best days are just after a major failure in life. Move on, trust God and watch how He will make you succeed at the end.
